Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Pasar Match, a puzzle game published by Cute Cat Coder. By installing, opening, or playing Pasar Match, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Overview
Pasar Match is provided for entertainment. The app is designed for short puzzle sessions, local market-inspired visuals, Indonesian and English language support, local progress saving, and optional rewarded ads.

The app
Pasar Match lets players swap tiles, complete level goals, collect in-game rewards, and progress through puzzle levels. The app may change over time as we add, adjust, or remove levels, features, language text, sounds, rewards, or other gameplay details.
Pasar Match is not a gambling product, financial product, payment service, or real-money reward service. In-game items are for entertainment inside the app.
Local progress, coins, and boosters
The app may store local progress on your device, including completed levels, current level, coins, boosters, sound settings, language settings, and similar app functionality data. Local progress helps the game continue where you left off.
Coins, boosters, stars, levels, and similar game values do not have real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside Pasar Match.
Optional rewarded ads
Pasar Match may offer optional rewarded ads, such as ads for extra moves or doubled rewards. You choose whether to watch these ads. If an ad is unavailable, cancelled, or fails to load, the app may not grant the related reward.
Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob or related services. Ad availability, ad content, and ad measurement are handled by third-party services.
Data and Privacy Policy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Pasar Match may use service providers such as PostHog for analytics, Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security.
These providers may process app activity, technical information, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or similar information as described in the Privacy Policy and their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Pasar Match only for lawful, personal, and ordinary gameplay purposes. This acceptable use rule does not allow cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, modifying the app, disrupting service operation, bypassing ads or reward logic, impersonating the developer, scraping, attacking, or using the app in a way that harms users, service providers, the developer, or the app ecosystem.
Third-party services
Pasar Match may rely on third-party services, including Google Play, Google AdMob, PostHog, and Cloudflare. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability rules, platform rules, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party service content, outages, policies, or actions.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Pasar Match is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or unchanged. To the extent allowed by law, Cute Cat Coder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app.
Some regions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitation of liability terms, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend, limit, or stop providing Pasar Match or related services if needed for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, technical reasons, or misuse of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms when Pasar Match changes or when legal, platform, or operational needs require updates. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
