Momo Tumble terms
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Momo Tumble: Match 3 Games, a puzzle game published by Cute Cat Coder. The current release baseline is version 1.0.8 with Android version code 61 and iOS build 61. By installing, opening, or playing Momo Tumble, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Overview
Momo Tumble is provided for entertainment. The app is designed for short puzzle sessions, cute casual visuals, multi-language support, local progress saving, cosmetic Skin collection, Today's Order tasks, Daily Special Orders, Daily Gift, Market Lab and Closing Time, Companion House, optional Push Campaign / Game Updates notifications, app update prompts for older builds, optional Android rewarded ads, optional iOS App Store purchases, and limited Android interstitial ads where enabled.

The app
Momo Tumble lets players swap tiles, complete Goals, collect in-game rewards, and progress through 120 puzzle levels in the current release. The app may change over time as we add, adjust, or remove levels, features, language text, sounds, rewards, notifications, ads, or other gameplay details.
Momo Tumble is not a gambling product, financial product, payment service, or real-money reward service. In-game items are for entertainment inside the app.
Local progress, Points, and boosters
The app may store local progress on your device, including completed levels, current level, Points, boosters, Skin Shards, owned Skins, selected Skin, Daily Gift, Market Lab progress, Closing Time tool inventory, Companion House care state, Today's Order and Daily Special Order progress, sound settings, language settings, notification preferences, and similar app functionality data. Local progress helps the game continue where you left off.
Points, boosters, stars, levels, Skin Shards, Skins, ingredients, gifts, and similar game values are virtual items used only inside Momo Tumble for entertainment. They do not have real-world monetary value. Android does not sell them through in-app purchases; iOS may offer fixed App Store IAP packs for cosmetics, boosters, or Points. They cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged for money, redeemed for prizes, or used outside Momo Tumble.
Skin packs are cosmetic only. They change the appearance of matching tiles and do not create cash value, prize value, gambling value, or an advantage that can be redeemed outside the app. Skin unlocks use fixed visible game-point prices, visible Skin Shard progress, or optional fixed App Store prices on iOS. Booster and Points IAP packs list fixed quantities before purchase and are not random loot boxes, spins, wagers, or chance-based purchases.
Optional ads
Android builds of Momo Tumble may offer optional rewarded ads, such as ads for extra moves, reward boosts, Closing Time tool refills, or a Companion House wish ingredient rescue. You choose whether to watch rewarded ads. If an ad is unavailable, cancelled, or fails to load, the app may not grant the related reward.
Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob or related services on Android. Ad availability, ad content, and ad measurement are handled by third-party services. The app may also test limited interstitial ads on Android only when remotely enabled, preloaded, frequency-capped, and allowed by app state. iOS launch builds are designed without mobile ads.
Optional notifications
Momo Tumble may offer optional Push Campaign / Game Updates notifications. These features require player opt-in and system notification permission where applicable. Notifications are meant to remind or invite players back to approved app screens; notification payloads do not directly grant Points, boosters, Skins, Skin Shards, ingredients, cash, or prizes. If Game Updates are enabled, Momo Tumble may register the device with Firebase Cloud Messaging and a Cloudflare-hosted push backend so selected opt-in audiences can receive app-owned notifications.
Data and Privacy Policy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Momo Tumble may use service providers such as PostHog and Firebase Analytics for analytics, Google AdMob for Android ads, Google UMP for Android ad consent choices, Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional push notifications, Firebase Auth for optional iOS Apple sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, optional push registration, and optional iOS cloud-save infrastructure, RevenueCat for optional iOS product, purchase, entitlement, and restore handling, and Apple or Google platform services for distribution, purchases, diagnostics, and related store services.
These providers may process app activity, technical information, advertising identifiers, purchase state, diagnostics, or similar information as described in the Privacy Policy and their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Momo Tumble only for lawful, personal, and ordinary gameplay purposes. This acceptable use rule does not allow cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, modifying the app, disrupting service operation, bypassing ads or reward logic, impersonating the developer, scraping, attacking, or using the app in a way that harms players, service providers, the developer, or the app ecosystem.
Third-party services
Momo Tumble may rely on third-party services, including Google Play, App Store Connect, TestFlight, Apple App Store services, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google UMP, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Auth, Firebase Cloud Messaging, PostHog, and Cloudflare. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability rules, platform rules, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party service content, outages, policies, or actions.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Momo Tumble is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or unchanged. To the extent allowed by law, Cute Cat Coder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app.
Some regions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitation of liability terms, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend, limit, or stop providing Momo Tumble or related services if needed for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, technical reasons, or misuse of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms when Momo Tumble changes or when legal, platform, or operational needs require updates. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
